About the role

Join the ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel team as a Guest Service Agent, providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle billing and payments.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records, manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs and promote hotel services and upgrades.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
