About the role
As a Guest Service Agent at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating warm first impressions and ensuring a seamless stay. Russian language ability is preferred to serve our diverse international clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, handling inquiries with a helpful and attentive attitude.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, and promotions.
- Monitor service delivery to guarantee it meets Avani’s high standards at all times.
- Take ownership of guest satisfaction issues, following up promptly to resolve them.
- Suggest innovative alternatives that enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in meeting guests from around the world.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Russian proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Professional demeanor, strong problem‑solving abilities and a team‑oriented mindset.
