About the role
Flora Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join its housekeeping team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting housekeeping operations and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the housekeeping department in daily operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are clean and well‑maintained.
- Interact with guests to address their needs promptly, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Required profile
- Hospitality degree or diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
