Guest Service Center Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Service Center Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Guest Service Center at NH Collection Dubai The Palm, ensuring guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Guest Service Center operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest calls, inquiries, requests, feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Security and other departments for seamless service.
• Conduct shift briefings, manage handovers and monitor performance against standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services, with supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera or other Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
