About the role
Andaz Dubai is looking for a Guest Relations Officer who can balance all tasks while keeping meaningful interactions with guests throughout their stay. The role covers special preparation before guests arrive, daily work in the lobby, and creating memorable experiences that lead to satisfied guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare guests specially according to their preferences, working closely with the relevant departments.
- Interact with guests and visitors on a daily basis in the lobby area.
- Create memorable experiences through creative initiatives and authentic stay experiences.
- Ensure a seamless, hassle-free departure so guests are satisfied and well recognised.
Required profile
- Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Prior work experience in Front Office or Guest Relations departments in hotel operations.
- Language preference: German, French and other European languages.
Required skills
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
