Guest Services Executive – Guest Relations

About the role

Join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island as a Guest Services Executive in Guest Relations, delivering personalized, high‑touch service to repeat guests, VIPs and new visitors. You will be the face of the resort, ensuring every interaction reflects Jumeirah’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, recognizing loyalty and tailoring experiences.
• Collect and analyse guest feedback, using insights to drive service improvements.
• Handle complex guest issues with empathy, aiming for timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist in coordinating guest events and special occasions, ensuring all arrangements exceed expectations.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and contribute to best‑practice implementation.
• Promote hotel services and packages in a personalized manner to enrich stays.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or a related industry.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
