Guest Services Officer – Residence

About the role
We are looking for a Guest Services Officer to join the Residence division of our hotel in Dubai. You will deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience to guests and support the smooth operation of the reception area.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests throughout their stay, handling check-in, check-out and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records using Opera and Reserve systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Manage telephone and email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support the Residence team in delivering personalized services and resolving issues promptly.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional German, French or Russian is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera property management system.
- Proficiency with Reserve reservation system.
