About the role

We are looking for a Guest Services Officer to join the Residence division of our hotel in Dubai. You will deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience to guests and support the smooth operation of the reception area.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist guests throughout their stay, handling check-in, check-out and inquiries.
Maintain accurate guest records using Opera and Reserve systems.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Manage telephone and email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Support the Residence team in delivering personalized services and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in English; additional German, French or Russian is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with Opera property management system.
Proficiency with Reserve reservation system.
