Guest Services Senior Manager

About the role

The Guest Services Senior Manager leads the daily operations that ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all visitors to Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi. This senior position is responsible for overseeing ticketing, guest services, and revenue‑generating activities while supporting strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the department’s annual budget and capital expenditure.
• Supervise and evaluate the Guest Services team, including training, performance appraisals and career development.
• Oversee ticketing, group entry, valet parking, rentals, lost & found, information points and paid attractions.
• Analyse operating and labour expenses, generate financial and attendance reports using Excel and the BOS ticketing system.
• Implement initiatives to increase park revenue, such as new product packages and promotional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, audit requirements and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in operations or guest services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional guest care.
• Proven decision‑making skills and the ability to handle stressful situations tactfully.
• Independent work style with a commitment to confidentiality and company protocols.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with ticketing systems, specifically BOS ticketing platforms.
