Gymnastics Instructor – Fitness Center

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Gymnastics Instructor to join our fitness center, providing professional guidance and personalized workout programs to members.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, offering professional fitness guidance.
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout programs.
• Demonstrate safe and effective use of gym equipment.
• Monitor activities to ensure proper exercise techniques.
• Lead individual and group exercise sessions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Assist in promoting memberships, personal training, and wellness programs.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Fitness Training, Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
• Valid fitness certification; CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a gym or fitness trainer.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for health and fitness.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
