Hair Stylist Trainer

About the role

The Hair Stylist Trainer will lead the development of hair and make‑up services at Spa Junction, ensuring the highest quality standards across the brand. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with the ability to train and mentor a team of stylists and artists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hair stylists and make‑up artists team: selection, training, evaluation and supervision
• Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions
• Ensure the right mix of services and products is offered
• Source, test and introduce new products, tools and equipment
• Participate in photoshoots and promotional events

Required profile

• Holder of an internationally recognised degree and relevant certification in hair care
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior hair stylist in a prestigious salon, with at least 5 years in the UAE
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering training programmes
