About the role
As a Handover Specialist with Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility, you will be the face of BYD’s electric vehicles in the UAE, guiding customers through the final delivery stage and ensuring they feel confident and excited about their new car.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and coordinate a smooth, timely vehicle handover aligned with preparation and delivery milestones.
- Prepare vehicles according to BYD standards and deliver personalized demonstrations of key features, technology and electric‑mobility considerations.
- Welcome showroom visitors, record their purpose of visit and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Provide excellent customer experience in line with company policies, respond promptly to enquiries and support the sales team with test drives when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of automotive retail experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong customer service, presentation, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Fluent English; Arabic is desirable.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
