Director of Solutions Consulting

About the role

Lead the high‑performing Solution Consulting team in the UAE, shaping regional strategy and driving transformational change to support Anaplan’s mission of revolutionising business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute a winning regional strategy for the Solution Consulting team, aligned with EMEA and global goals.
• Own the regional Book of Business, ensuring tight account alignment and accountability.
• Partner with regional sales teams to allocate Presales resources strategically and adapt engagement strategies.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a world‑class team of up to 8 professionals, defining clear career paths.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at strategic customers and partners across the GCC.

Required profile

• Proven presales leadership experience, preferably managing a team in the UAE or Middle East.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SaaS applications and experience with EPM/CPM technologies (FP&A or Supply Chain platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation and drive operational excellence.
• Player‑coach mentality – able to lead and roll up sleeves to help the team win.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
