About the role
We are looking for an experienced HCM Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist to design, develop, and monitor integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for our clients in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end OIC integrations, including at least two projects with Oracle HCM Cloud as a boundary system.
- Utilise HCM data extracts to export data from Oracle HCM Cloud and integrate cloud and legacy applications.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services, handle API security, error handling, and deployment processes.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Proven ability to work with functional consultants and business teams to provide architectural and technical solutions.
Required skills
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle HCM Cloud data extracts (Compensation, Employee, Job, Core HR, OTL)
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- XSLT transformations
- API security and interface error handling
- VBCS or Apex implementation
