About the role
We are seeking an experienced HDPE Welder to assemble and maintain high‑precision piping systems using thermoplastic fusion techniques. The successful candidate will work on site, preparing pipe sections, aligning them, and creating strong, leak‑free joints.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pipe surfaces by cutting, cleaning, and aligning HDPE sections.
- Perform butt‑fusion, electrofusion, and socket welding according to project specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain hydraulic or manual fusion welding machinery.
- Inspect joints for proper heating, cooling, pressure, and overall weld quality.
- Follow safety regulations and wear required protective equipment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or ALS certification.
- 3‑5 years of experience in HDPE pipeline installation or fabrication.
- Formal training with a specialized welding certification.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
