Site Foreman – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

OIA Interior Design & Fit‑Out is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead daily interior fit‑out activities on construction sites in Dubai. The role involves supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within quality standards, and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and interior fit‑out activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Allocate and manage site manpower while coordinating effectively with subcontractors and trade teams.
• Monitor work progress against approved shop drawings, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Report daily progress, safety concerns, site issues, and potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper handling of materials, efficient use of tools, and maintain an organized construction site.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interior fit‑out and construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ownership of a personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
