Head Chef – Premium Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

Radiant Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of its premium Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. The restaurant already enjoys a strong team and culture, and the new chef will inject fresh creative energy to evolve the menu while preserving its identity.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily food quality, creativity and consistency across the menu.
• Develop and refine Mediterranean dishes with new flavours, techniques and ideas.
• Lead, coach and develop the existing brigade, reinforcing the strong team culture.
• Source high‑quality, seasonal ingredients and maintain deep knowledge of provenance.
• Maintain a hands‑on presence on the pass, tasting, cooking and developing dishes alongside the team.
• Manage food cost, wastage, purchasing and kitchen variances with strong commercial awareness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and central culinary teams to ensure brand alignment.

Required profile

• Current Head Chef in a premium, high‑volume Mediterranean restaurant (200‑400 covers per day).
• Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine and ingredient seasonality.
• Experience within a multi‑brand hospitality group is preferred.
• Proven track record of stability in high‑end, high‑expectation environments.
• Hands‑on leader who prefers kitchen work over office management.
• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• HACCP certification or ability to obtain it.
