Head Hostess – Prime68 Steakhouse

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Hostess to lead the front‑of‑house team at Prime68 Steakhouse, located in the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The role involves ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing reservations, and supervising the host/hostess staff in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage dining reservations using the reservation system.
• Maintain the wait list, provide accurate wait times and ensure smooth seating flow.
• Oversee the host/hostess team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with the restaurant floor and kitchen to optimise table turnover.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a host/hostess or front‑of‑house supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑end restaurant environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
