Head Housekeeper – Luxury Villa (Live‑In)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead the domestic operations of a prestigious UHNWI private villa in Dubai. This live‑in, full‑time position requires a professional who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, manage staff, and support the family’s daily and travel needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
• Supervise and schedule housemaids, nannies, and other domestic staff, monitoring performance and duties.
• Assist the family with children’s meals, schedules, and activities as needed.
• Coordinate with the Chef on meal planning, dietary requirements, and service standards.
• Act as primary liaison between household staff, vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
• Manage household inventories, supplies, maintenance requests, and appointments.
• Support international travel logistics, including packing, hotel and restaurant bookings, and household preparations.
• Help organize private dinners, family gatherings, and special events.
• Uphold safety procedures while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper, or Housekeeping Manager.
• Background in a 5‑star luxury hotel, UHNW private household, luxury villa, or private estate.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Professional, discreet, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Experience handling children’s logistics and family‑related arrangements.
• International travel experience with a private family is an advantage.
