Head of Business Intelligence – Remote Expert Role

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to engage an experienced Head of Business Intelligence. You will help train cutting‑edge language models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks, turning raw data into decision‑ready business narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.
• Create and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop ad‑hoc SQL data pulls, data‑quality checklists, metric glossaries, and self‑serve reporting templates.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to evaluate and improve model outputs on business intelligence tasks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self‑serve analytics.
• Fluent in SQL and proficient with at least one BI/visualisation tool.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
