Head of Consumer Product – Fintech

About the role
Astra Tech is seeking a senior leader to own and drive its suite of B2C financial products, including WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet and future verticals. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, user experience and financial regulation, shaping the product vision for millions of users across the UAE and MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy for consumer financial products.
- Prioritise the product roadmap in line with company OKRs, balancing user needs, commercial goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing team of product managers across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance and commercial teams to deliver world‑class products.
- Drive key metrics such as activation, engagement, retention and revenue using a data‑informed approach.
- Monitor fintech trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory shifts across the UAE and MENA.
- Represent the consumer product organisation to executive leadership and the board.
