Head of Division – Housekeeping

About the role

MEBS Facility is seeking an experienced Head of Division – Housekeeping to lead cleaning and housekeeping operations across multiple sites in the UAE. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and cleaning operations across multiple facilities and locations.
• Supervise operational teams, plan manpower, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, address service concerns, and maintain professional relationships.
• Monitor cleaning standards, service quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Implement procedures to improve efficiency and maintain consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping or cleaning operations experience within a facilities management company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites, preferably within Dubai.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, materials, equipment, and facilities management standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in team supervision, manpower planning, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and immediate availability.

• Technical knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning equipment.
