About the role
Suiteable Holiday Homes is looking for a detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to manage guest bookings and ensure smooth operations across its short‑term rental portfolio in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Handle bookings, modifications and cancellations on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and other OTAs.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp with professional and timely assistance.
- Monitor property availability, pricing updates and maintain accurate records in the property management system.
- Coordinate with operations teams to facilitate seamless check‑ins and check‑outs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in holiday‑home reservations or short‑term rental operations.
- Good command of English and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Understanding of reservation procedures and guest communication in the hospitality sector.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
- Familiarity with property management systems; knowledge of Hostaway is a plus.
