About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to lead all finance activities across retail and e‑commerce in the UAE and GCC. This senior position reports directly to the leadership team and offers full ownership of the finance function with a clear path for long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and treasury for the region.
- Manage UAE corporate tax, VAT and free‑zone compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership on pricing, margin and inventory decisions.
- Lead, mentor and develop a finance team of seven professionals.
Required profile
- 15+ years of finance experience, including 3‑5 years at CFO or Head of Finance level.
- Background in retail or FMCG with solid Middle‑East exposure, particularly GCC distribution or franchise operations.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA.
