Head of Finance (F&B Division)

About the role

Based in Dubai, the Head of Finance will lead the finance function for the food & beverage division, shaping financial strategy, driving profitability and partnering with senior leaders across operations, supply chain and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute finance strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and financial performance management.
• Provide strategic insights for investment decisions, expansion initiatives and scenario planning.
• Monitor key metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, gross margin, cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance and preparation of financial statements.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement, marketing and senior leadership to improve profitability.
• Drive finance transformation through technology, automation and data analytics.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 10‑12 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in F&B, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑unit operations and partnering with business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of financial governance, internal controls, compliance and audit requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work with business intelligence platforms.
