Head of Finance, Healthcare Operations

About the role

Al Futtaim Health’s HealthHub division is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision‑making across its growing network of clinics and healthcare services in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape the financial direction of the business and support its expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑range financial modelling and strategic planning.
• Provide financial insights and risk/opportunity analysis to senior leadership.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new clinics and service lines.
• Drive performance reviews across clinics, monitoring KPIs such as physician productivity, payer mix and revenue trends.
• Ensure robust financial controls, audit readiness, statutory reporting and compliance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Mandatory bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA).
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Extensive experience in healthcare finance – hospitals, clinic networks, medical centres or healthcare groups.
