Head of Finance

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial function, ensuring excellence in reporting, budgeting, compliance and risk management. The role will provide data‑driven insights to support key business decisions and drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements and internal policies.
• Manage external and internal audits and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, working‑capital efficiency, banking and treasury activities.
• Assess investment opportunities, financial risks and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and accounting processes.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives by developing financial models, business cases and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial strategies, accounting principles, regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with financial software such as Zoho.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
