Head of Healthcare Finance

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health’s HealthHub is looking for a senior finance leader to steer the financial performance of its expanding network of community‑based outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to translate financial data into strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across multiple clinics and service lines.
• Partner with operational heads to improve profitability, efficiency and physician productivity.
• Monitor revenue trends, patient volumes, payer mix and service‑line performance.
• Identify and implement initiatives that enhance financial and operational outcomes.
• Support growth projects, new service development and hospital expansion plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models and strategic scenarios for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Significant senior finance experience within hospitals, healthcare groups, clinic networks or similar providers.
• Proven ability to work with executives, physicians and operational teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of healthcare service delivery.
• Track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency in multi‑site environments.
