Head of Investments & Business Development

About the role

The Head of Investments and Business Development will lead feasibility studies, identify new investment opportunities, and ensure cost‑efficient execution of projects for the authority. The role also monitors financial performance, ROI, and drives corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct feasibility studies, market research and proactive investment analyses aligned with the authority’s strategy.
• Lead the preparation and execution of the annual operational plan, including KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project financial performance, report ROI, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal units, semi‑governmental bodies, and private sector partners.
• Oversee budget preparation, execution monitoring, and variance analysis in coordination with Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Investment Management, Business Development, Strategic Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment management, business development or strategy.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and high‑impact programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
