Head of Investor Capital & Relations – Middle East

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a senior executive to lead its investor capital and relationship function across the Gulf region. Based in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi), the Head of Investor Capital & Relations will be the primary point of contact for sovereign wealth funds, government‑linked entities and family offices, turning strategic alignment into concrete investment partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with regional sovereign investors, government agencies and principal family offices.
• Identify, structure and execute co‑investment and financing opportunities for Xsolla’s capital vehicles.
• Lead the creation of anchor limited‑partner commitments and strategic financing deals.
• Collaborate with the Global Strategic Initiatives team and report to the SVP of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships.
• Hire and manage a Regional Relationship Manager once the office is established.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in capital markets, investment banking or private equity within the MENA region.
• Deep network of contacts among sovereign wealth funds, government‑related entities and family offices.
• Strong track record of originating, structuring and closing large‑scale financing or co‑investment transactions.
• Executive presence with the ability to represent Xsolla at high‑level strategic forums.
