Manager - Accounts and Finance

About the role

The Manager - Accounts and Finance will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for a fast‑growing retail business, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct detailed P&L analysis, cost control, pricing strategy support and monitor key KPIs such as COGS and variance.
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions, month‑end closings, reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with operations, retail and commercial teams to provide financial dashboards, management reports and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop finance team members while supporting business expansion and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACCA, CPA or CMA a plus.
• 6‑10 years of finance experience with proven progression in planning, reporting and controls, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
