Head of Investor Relations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Investor Relations to manage investor communications, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support the company’s financial and capital-market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the investor relations strategy.
• Build relationships with investors, shareholders, and analysts.
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, and communications.
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitors.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable disclosure and regulatory requirements.
• Provide management with investor and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis, and investor communications.
• Knowledge of UAE capital markets and SCA regulations is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in brokerage or financial services is an advantage.
