Head of Maintenance

About the role

AQAR Landscape LLC is looking for an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead its landscape maintenance division in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing large‑scale projects and teams, and driving business growth through strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the landscape maintenance division.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure high service quality.
• Manage large‑scale landscape projects and coordinate maintenance teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities for maintenance contracts.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve maintenance objectives.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects and teams.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
