Head of Operations – Proprietary Trading Firm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our fast‑growing proprietary trading firm in Dubai. The role demands a deep understanding of prop‑trading workflows and the ability to scale operational processes as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational functions across the firm.
• Lead operational teams, ensuring efficient cross‑departmental workflows.
• Design, optimise, and implement scalable operational systems.
• Coordinate closely with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Manage trader onboarding, funded‑account operations, payouts, and related procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure seamless execution of operational strategies to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Mandatory prior experience working in a proprietary trading firm.
• Proven leadership and operations‑management background.
• Strong grasp of the trader lifecycle, funded accounts, and payout processes.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
