Head of Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro is discovered and how curious traders become active users. You will lead the organic acquisition engine, combining brand, UX and data‑driven experimentation to drive high‑intent traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition across SEO, content, social, community, referrals and partnerships.
• Map the trader funnel from first touch to first trade, identify drop‑off points and devise win‑back strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign‑up flows, onboarding and in‑product moments.
• Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double‑down on winners and kill under‑performers.
• Build clear dashboards and insights for leadership on growth drivers and next actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C acquisition or growth marketing experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming.
• Product‑savvy mindset with the ability to use Kraken Pro as a trader and translate product strengths into growth levers.
• Strong analytical rigor – comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution and turning data into decisions.
• Ability to lead a small, lean team while staying hands‑on and shipping features.
