Head of People & Culture (M/F/D)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of People & Culture to scale our people function from 200 employees to the next growth stage across the UAE, KSA, Europe and Asia. Reporting to the leadership board, you will act as a strategic partner, shaping people strategy, strengthening culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a People & Culture strategy aligned with international growth objectives.
• Build and continuously improve scalable People Operations covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead organisational development initiatives, including design, leadership development, performance management and change programs.
• Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor on talent planning, organisational effectiveness and team performance.
• Own and enhance the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top talent and ensure a superior candidate experience.
• Establish data‑driven people processes, KPIs and reporting to support business decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a People & Culture team of four, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Ensure compliant HR practices across multiple regions, working with local specialists as needed.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in People & Culture, Organisational Development or HR within a high‑growth, scale‑up environment.
• Strong background in People Operations, Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition, with a track record of building scalable processes.
• Strategic, hands‑on and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven approach, comfortable navigating rapid growth and change.
• Solid understanding of UAE employment law; experience in KSA or Europe is a plus.
• Willingness to challenge leadership, ask tough questions and push boundaries.
