Head of Sales – IT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Head of Sales to accelerate revenue growth, expand our market presence, and build strategic client relationships across the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B SaaS and HRMS solution sales, enterprise‑level selling, and long‑term partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in SME and enterprise segments, generating leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conduct product presentations and demos, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build strong relationships with HR leaders and decision‑makers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams.
• Research market trends, monitor competitor offerings, identify channel partners, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to shape go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 8–10 years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience, preferably with HRMS, ERP or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience selling in the UAE/GCC market and ability to build and lead a high‑performing sales team.
