About the role

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced professional to lead and expand its secondary‑market sales division in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow a secondary‑market sales team.
• Drive sales performance, achieve targets and close resale transactions.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise results.
• Build and maintain a robust inventory of ready and resale properties.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real‑estate brokerage experience with strong secondary‑market exposure.
• Proven track record in resale transactions and achieving sales targets.
• Extensive network of property owners, investors, buyers and agents in Dubai.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai communities, property valuations and market trends.
