About the role
A private British school in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Head Teacher to lead the institution, strengthen its ethos, and foster a positive culture. The role offers the opportunity to build on the school's current success and drive further academic excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and set high academic standards across all year groups.
- Develop and oversee a robust extra‑curricular programme that supports children’s holistic development.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and the management team to ensure consistent delivery of the school’s vision.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students and staff.
Required profile
- Appropriate UK teaching qualifications (Degree plus PGCE, B.Ed., etc.).
- Demonstrated commitment to high academic standards.
- Proven leadership experience in UK or international primary schools.
- Strong dedication to the well‑being and pastoral care of children.
