Head Valet

About the role

The Head Valet at Pullman Dubai JLT leads a high‑energy team to ensure seamless, upscale arrivals and departures, acting as the first and last point of contact for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the valet team, manage shift rotas and briefings, and ensure grooming and service standards.
• Oversee traffic flow at the hotel entrance, handle safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, and maintain accurate valet logs and damage reports.
• Provide proactive guest service, assist with luggage, directions, and handle complaints with urgency and diplomacy.
• Monitor valet equipment, inventory, and ensure parking fees are processed correctly through the Front Office system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in valet or concierge within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Valid UAE Manual & Automatic driving licence with an accident‑free record.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian or French are a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera) and valet tracking software.
