About the role

As Head Waiter at Cloud 22, you will lead the front‑of‑house team to deliver ultra‑luxury fine‑dining service in one of the world’s most iconic resorts. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, creating a professional and friendly first impression.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and promotional advice to guests and colleagues.
• Monitor food and beverage consistency, ensuring high service standards.
• Escalate major issues or complaints to management promptly.
• Support and train service staff to maintain exceptional service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar head waiter or senior service role within a high‑volume, luxury restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality and a strong customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a diverse team.
• Ability to multitask and manage demanding service environments.
