About the role

We are looking for a proactive Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and seniority levels. In this role you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build strong pipelines, and secure high‑quality hires that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt both passive and active candidates using a variety of channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to interview coordination.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics, market trends, and maintain market intelligence.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
