Healthcare Accountant

About the role

The medical centre in Ajman is seeking a Healthcare Accountant to support its daily financial operations. This position will handle core accounting tasks within a healthcare environment, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and issue invoices for medical services.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month‑end closing activities.
• Maintain compliance with the centre’s accounting procedures and financial policies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of accounting experience in a clinic, medical centre, hospital or similar healthcare facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent diploma).
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare sector practices is preferred.

Required skills

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable handling.

• Financial reporting and month‑end closing support.
