About the role
The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness across various departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. This full‑time position is based onsite at the Mall of the Emirates location.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare clean linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and adhere to quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Required profile
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- No prior related work experience necessary.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Willingness to work in a team, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
