About the role
The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations across kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry areas. You will ensure clean linen, spotless dining ware, and proper maintenance of cleaning equipment for guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and transport clean linen and dishware throughout the hotel.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and laundry equipment.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
Required profile
- No specific education or prior experience required.
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks and follow company policies.
- Commitment to creating a safe workplace and upholding quality standards.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment operation.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
