Home Appliance Technician

About the role

The Home Appliance Technician will join a service team to install, inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain a range of household appliances. The role involves on‑site visits across the UAE, ensuring timely and professional service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and dryers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, replace defective parts and verify proper functioning after repair.
• Conduct on‑site service visits, respond promptly to customer complaints and maintain accurate service records.
• Explain appliance issues and repair requirements clearly to customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles in good condition and travel to various customer locations as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Home Appliance Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Good knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel across the UAE.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple service calls and work overtime when needed.
