Home Care Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

Enaya Home Nursing is seeking qualified nurses to deliver comprehensive in‑home health care. The position involves providing clinical services, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting families in a home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full personal hygiene care, including bathing, oral care, grooming, and nail care.
• Administer medications according to medical orders and maintain accurate medication records.
• Perform wound dressing, catheter care, PEG/NG tube feeding, stoma management, and colonic irrigation as required.
• Assist with feeding, including tube feeding for patients unable to eat orally.
• Conduct passive and range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with mobility devices.
• Reposition patients every two hours to prevent bedsores.
• Monitor and record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and any changes in patient condition.
• Complete nursing notes, handover documents, and required forms promptly.
• Maintain clean and functional medical equipment such as suction machines, nebulizers, and lifts.
• Ensure the patient’s environment is clean, change bedding, and manage supplies.
• Respond to emergencies following established escalation procedures and escort patients to appointments when needed.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the UAE.
• Experience in home health or community nursing preferred.
• Ability to work independently, follow clinical protocols, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
