Home Caregiver (CDA)

About the role

Vesta Care is looking for dedicated caregivers to provide personalized care and support to patients in their own homes. The position is full-time and based in Dubai, and requires a Certified Dementia Assistant (CDA) certification or an equivalent qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care in the home, promoting comfort, safety and well-being
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
• Support patients with mobility and transfers using proper lifting and positioning techniques
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with prescribed treatment plans
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in the patient's condition
• Help with meal preparation, feeding and nutrition
• Engage patients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and share accurate updates on the patient's condition

Required profile

• Certified Dementia Assistant (CDA) certification or equivalent qualification
• Dedication and compassion in caring for patients in their homes
