About the role
Mortgage Pro, a leading mortgage brokerage in the UAE, is seeking a Home Loan Consultant to guide clients through residential financing. The role involves advising on mortgage products, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on residential mortgage products, home loans, refinancing, and mortgage buyouts.
- Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow‑ups.
- Manage the complete mortgage application process from initial consultation to final disbursement.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage market.
- Established relationships with banks and referral partners.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and achieve sales targets.
