Homecare Registered Nurse – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes across Abu Dhabi. You will play a vital role in supporting patients’ health and independence by delivering comprehensive clinical services directly at their doorstep.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple patients’ homes each day to assess and deliver nursing care.
• Provide education on chronic disease management, medication use, and pain control.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post‑operative instructions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Document all care activities accurately and communicate updates to the broader healthcare team.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing.
• UAE nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel between patient homes and manage a flexible schedule.
